Enai Hotel - Puerto Maldonado

The penthouse room offered amazing views of the river. I loved the comfortable bed. I even took photos of the pillows to find them at home. Claudia, a staff member, was helpful in arranging our tours, especially the one to Lake Sandoval, the highlight of our trip. The swimming pool area was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of excursions. Breakfast, included in our stay, was a pleasant surprise with a good variety. I noticed some issues that could enhance the experience. The bathroom shower lacked a curtain, resulting in water splattering everywhere. A mini fridge in the room would have been a nice touch for keeping drinks cold. Despite a few inconveniences, the stay was enjoyable due to the fine location and fantastic tours.

The penthouse room had amazing views and super comfy beds 😍. The pool area was a perfect retreat after our tours, but the restaurant service could be faster. A fantastic escape!

Honestly no complains at all. Fairly clean place with decent and best staff. Beautiful and perfect location in the culinary field, good for visiting Puerto Maldonado. Also - so close to the beautiful jungle and the restaurant-late check-out promised by the owner.

Request a room with AC, as humidity is high. A mini fridge would enhance your experience for cold drinks.

Air conditioning in the room would have been the cherry on top!!! A shower curtain or something similar would be good!!! Service at the restaurant definitely needs improvement!!!

Staying at this hotel was an absolute treat for our family of six, including four babies! The amazing views of the river and the tranquil atmosphere. Every morning, we enjoyed delicious breakfasts that set us up for our daily adventures.

For dads, it would be great if there was a mini fridge in the room.

During my family holiday, enai was great with its amazing surroundings and great service. I loved how they organized everything seamlessly, especially the tours into the jungle. Relaxing by the pool after an adventure was the highlight of our stay!

The hotel is just outside the main area. Our room was clean and inviting, and the free breakfast was tasty each morning. The views at night were fine!
